CMR Group welcomes three new starters in the UK
CMR Group are delighted to announce three new members of the team have started their journey with Customer Management Resourcing Group. Please join us in welcoming; Vicky, Clare and Angus team as they feedback on their first week at CMR!

Week 1 at CMR, where did it go!!
The whole team at CMR have been so supportive and friendly and it feels like I have always been part of the CMR family.
The induction process, workshops and webinars have all been informative and I have picked up lots of practical tips that I have started to use in my role.
It was great to have our first team meeting with Mike and the Account Delivery Team. Mike explained our roles, the accounts that have been allocated and the opportunities for career development which was refreshing to see.
We also had the monthly Sales meeting where our colleagues in Iberia joined us. It was good to see so many friendly faces. Oscar and Azzurra gave a presentation on recruitment in Spain and Portugal which was very useful! I can’t wait to get ‘cracking’ and start to contribute and move up the leader board!!

My first week has been outstanding. I have always looked forward to each day since starting, and with how everyone has treated me, it’s hard to believe that I have only been here for a week! It’s been so easy to fit into office and already feel as if I am a part of the CMR family.
The week was filled with exciting seminars which really helped me become accustomed to the industries and roles CMR recruit for. Not only did I learn something new, but I also developed my skills carried over from my previous experience in recruitment.
The entire team has been so transparent and helpful within my first week. Whether it was Nic and Mike giving an induction on what was expected of me, Victoria and Richard giving me responsibilities on their accounts, or Amin and John giving general advice, I have always felt valued, and everyone is so enthusiastic to help.
It’s fantastic to be a part of CMR and I cannot wait to see what is in store for the future!
