After spending the last 18 months in helping to develop our people and helping to develop our strategy within the Customer Experience & Contact Centre Recruitment Sector across Europe, I am delighted to announce that we have formally appointed Jon Hitchenor, as our Non Executive Director.
Having enjoyed an illustrious career within the recruitment industry, spanning some 35 years and including a Main Board Directorship at Rullion IT Plus, where he helped to hire/train over 2,000 new employees, Sam and myself are delighted that we’ve been able to appoint Jon into our Leadership Team.
During his time at Rullion, the company grew from a turnover of £2m to £250m whilst he was also responsible for building a large Corporate Accounts Team that enabled Rullion to compete successfully on framework agreements, winning such clients as The Co-operative Group, EON and Shop Direct to name but a few.
Possessing ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years, including the addition of further offices across Europe, we believe that Jon’s knowledge of largescale operations in recruitment will be a huge benefit in ensuring that we continue to invest in our core markets whilst expanding into new service/product areas that fully compliment our existing service offerings to customers.
