CMR Group welcomes Stephanie Wilson to the organisation.
CMR are pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie Wilson as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Stephanie is a seasoned contact centre executive having held senior executive roles for over 30 years in the BPO industry in operations, Service Delivery and Account Management. She was most recently the Chief Client Officer for Teleperformance in the EMEA region.
Stephanie brings to CMR valuable and recent experience in the international BPO sector. This combined with her strong experience in building client relationships will make her an excellent addition to the team at CMR. I look forward to welcoming her to CMR.
